Founded in rural Vermont at Middlebury College, Unidel (“Universal Delivery”) strives to make food delivery more accessible for rural college students. Unidel began at “The Grille at Middlebury” after Andrew realized there was no easy way for students to get a nighttime meal and avoid the cold Vermont weather. After developing the software in his dorm room, hanging flyers on every doorway in the school, and bringing on Cam and AC to help him with the operations, GrilleMe was up and running.
After a quick-rise to prominence as the go-to delivery option at Middlebury, Unidel has set its sights on bringing its service to other rural colleges where food delivery lacks ease and efficiency.
We utilize a simple and slick user interface for our customers combined with robust analytics and reporting and customized dashboard for our partnered restaurants.
Customers can create an account on the site and place an order from any or all of our partnered restaurants. Unidel operates as a non-cash, one-time payment platform for ease of use and maximum clarity in transaction expectations.
Restaurants receive and prepare orders through our custom delivery dashboard, which are then picked up by a Unidel student associate and delivered, directly to your door.
